Rhythmically!

Yes, that simple. I am not saying your depression will be gone for good, but for NOW, yes. And all we have is Now.

From my experience, 10 –15 minutes rhythmic breathing can create a shift in you for the rest of the day. For this reason, it is best doing this first thing in the morning, especially that you will feel fully energized afterwards, ready to take on the world!

There is a talk about box breathing, actually for good reason.

It works!

Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts and again hold for 4 counts. Simple. Simple and easy is good. In particular when you feel depressed. You don’t want anything complicated. Once you have practiced it for a while, increase the counts until comfortable. 7 is a good number.

The holding holds the key.

It makes you feel yummy inside.

I bet, it will even take your breath away!
